Maintenance/ Service Program


Agreement and Conditions of Maintenance/ Service Program:
  1. We offer 24 hour (max) response time from your call to our arrival, Monday through Friday. All service calls will be preformed within normal working hours-7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

    Emergency service calls will be billed at a special overtime rate. Emergency service would include any work preformed after 4:30pm and on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Emergency response time will be 4 hours maximum.
  2. Any required service during normal and routine working hours will be billed at $75.00 per hour instead of the normal rate of $90.00 per hour.

  3. This program will cover normal and routine maintenance required for all automatic gate systems.

    This program does not include replacement parts or their installation. The customer will be notified of recommendations and comments after each inspection.

    Necessary replacement parts and repairs are to be preformed routinely when costs are under $90.00.

    Customer authorization will be obtained to proceed with work over the $90.00 maximum. Parts under $10.00 will be supplied at no cost. All parts will be billed at a 10% discount to under this program.
  4. This program is designed to prevent automatic gate problems from becoming major repairs.

C.C.O.I is not responsible or liable for any vandalism, malicious mischief, vehicle damage, acts of God, personal injury, ect.

C.C.O.I recommends that the owner of an automatic gate system carry a substantial liability policy, as all of these gates are subject to accident.

C.C.O.I is dedicated to satisfying our customers with quick, low cost, reliable and effective schedule maintenance and service.

Services Performed During Routine Maintance
  1. Check all brackets and ground tracks for secure mounting
  2. Check gate arms and slide gates for proper alignment
  3. Remove insects and rodents and clean control boxes
  4. Grease and/or lubricate internal moving parts
  5. Check and add hydraulic oil to proper level
  6. Check and adjust limit and safety switches
  7. Inspect gate for excessive wear or stress
  8. Check overall operation of gate operator
  9. Grease bearings, hinges, and gate wheels
  10. Pound test reverse sensitivty of gate
  11. lubricate and adjust chain tension
  12. Check gear reduction box oil level
  13. Check systems control and operator
  14. Check and adjust drive belt chain
  15. Set timing for proper operation
  16. Check electrical connections
  17. Check and adjust clutch
